Massage therapy
Massage therapy has been around for thousands of years and perhaps once people discovered it felt ok to have someone rub their sore shoulders. It is thought that the term "massage" comes from the Greek word massein, meaning "to cook". Massage therapists use a variety of slip-on, stirring and inter-fiber strokes to work muscle tissue, releasing tension and improving circulation.
